Training
BioTransform offers its Doctoral Candidates (DCs) a diverse training programme that goes beyond scientific research. Through network-wide workshops, hands-on training and networking opportunities, DCs strengthen their scientific, business and transferable skills while exchanging knowledge and ideas with experts and fellow researchers.
The goal is to equip the next generation of scientists with the skills, experience and connections they need to build successful careers in academia, industry and beyond.
Kick-off network organisation meeting
The consortium gets together for a presentation of the BioTransform project, and to coordinate the recruitment process, outreach and communication strategy.

BioTransform consortium and project introduction
The DC's first two interactive sessions held to bring them together and get on the same page as their projects start:
- Introduction to the BioTransform consortium and project for DCs
Led by UAntwerp and accelCH
- Nutritional Clinical Trials: Design, Strategy, Analysis and Data Reporting
DCs learn about specific aspects of planning and conducting human nutrition RCTs, including types of interventions, inclusion/exclusion criteria, participant burden, randomization and blinding, trial initiation and monitoring, and the analysis plan.
Led by NKUA-Med and MedUniGraz
